Nicoleta Radu

Nicoleta Radu is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, and internal control systems, specializing in the oil and gas sector. They currently serve as a Senior Expert in Internal Control Systems at OMV, where they develop and enhance ICS requirements to manage risks effectively. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Program Controller and Financial Controller in refining, contributing to major investment projects and ERP implementations. Nicoleta earned a Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Control and Expertise from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Informatics for Administration from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
