Pavel Rogulja

Pavel Rogulja is an experienced IT professional specializing in security, compliance, and audits. Currently serving as an Advisor for IT-Audit at OMV since October 2021, Pavel is responsible for redefining IT/OT audits and reviewing emerging fields in technology. Previously, as a Security & Compliance Manager at akquinet HKS business technologies GmbH from November 2015 to October 2021, Pavel conducted IT and internal audits, designed authorization concepts, and implemented security frameworks, focusing on SAP and non-SAP systems. Pavel also held the position of Senior Consultant at EY from November 2012 to November 2015, leading IT audit teams and participating in security management advisory projects. Earlier experience includes serving as CEO of a self-owned business focused on web development and as a Project Associate at BHR Management Consult, where Pavel contributed to the design and implementation of document management systems. Pavel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from WU Vienna and a Matura in Network and System Administration from HTL Spengergasse.
