Robert Berg has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Manager of Well Completions & Testing at OMV since February 2013. In this role, Robert leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the completion and testing of around 175 newly drilled wells annually, facing various operational challenges. Concurrently, Robert holds the position of Manager of Completions & Well Testing at OMV Petrom. Prior to OMV, Robert worked as a Production Manager at Noble Energy, overseeing operations for the FPSO Aseng and ensuring project delivery ahead of schedule and under budget. As a Senior Production Engineering Advisor, Robert led the Flow Assurance Team for the West Africa Business Unit, managing deepwater asset production activities. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Dublin Oil, where Robert managed a significant enhanced oil recovery operation in Syria. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from Penn State University and further education from the University of Southern California.
