Robert Riedl

Robert Riedl is a Senior IT Project Manager at OMV since 2016, specializing in international merger and acquisition projects, as well as IT integration in regions such as the Middle East, New Zealand, Turkey, Tunisia, and Russia. Previously, as Department Manager of International IT Services from 2005 to 2015, Robert led a team of about 30 professionals, overseeing the integration and standardization of IT systems across OMV subsidiaries and managing significant outsourcing and rollout projects. Robert's earlier experience includes roles as an IT Project Manager at OMV, where project management focused on datacentre storage and backup, and as a Junior IT Project Manager at Austroconsult, where responsibilities involved harmonizing command and communication systems for various Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Additional positions include field service roles at KMB and Convertronic, and an apprenticeship in electromechanical engineering at AVL.
