Sebastian Trummer

Sebastian Trummer is a Senior Expert Technical Development at OMV Deutschland Operations GmbH & Co. KG, where they tackle complex technical challenges in the oil and gas industry. They earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Leoben, with their Master’s Thesis focused on improving efficiency for gravel packs. Previously, Sebastian gained valuable experience as a Process Engineer at ILF Consulting Engineers, where they conducted hydraulic and process simulations. They have also worked as a Master Student at OMV and a Project Officer at Montanuniversität Leoben, analyzing scaling tendencies in North Sea gas wells. Currently, Sebastian is deployed in Abu Dhabi, optimizing a major gas distribution network.
