Simina Mita Ph.D. MBA has over a decade of experience in sustainable procurement and innovation, currently serving as the Department Manager of Sustainable Procurement & Innovation at OMV since June 2014, with prior roles in procurement strategy, digitalization, and sustainability reporting. Previously, Simina worked at OMV Petrom from March 2008 to June 2014, progressing from Community Relations Officer to Team Leader of Community Relations. Educationally, Simina holds a Professional MBA in Energy Management from WU Executive Academy (2019-2021), a Ph.D. in Sustainability Studies from the University of Bucharest (2006-2010), a Master's degree in Rural and Urban Development from the University of Bucharest (2005-2006), and a Diploma in Geography and French Language & Literature from the University of Bucharest (2000-2004), along with studies at the University of Angers and the University Jean Moulin III Lyon in France.
