Simona Turea

Simona (Filip) Turea is an HR Manager with extensive experience in human resources, strategy, and marketing. Since 2019, they have been leading HR management for the Chemicals division at OMV and overseeing joint ventures' remuneration processes. Previously, Turea held HR management roles at UniCredit Bank Austria AG and UniCredit Bank Romania, focusing on employee engagement and employer branding across Austria and the CEE region. Their early career included roles as a Brand Manager and Senior Strategist, where they worked on corporate strategy and marketing for various companies. Turea holds multiple diplomas in marketing and brand management, as well as a Master's Degree in Conference Interpreting from the University of Bucharest.
