Stefan R. is a seasoned professional in business development and finance, specializing in M&A within the energy sector. They have held various roles at OMV from 2009 to 2011, including Advisor for Finance Business Development M&A, where they led the preparation and execution of M&A projects focused on finance and tax issues. Stefan continued to enhance their expertise in finance as a Business Partner in Controlling/Finance Gas Logistics and in Corporate Internal Audit, overseeing audits and strategic developments across multiple countries. Most recently, from 2017 to 2023, they served as the head of Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management & ICS at Gas Connect Austria, leading digitalization projects and optimizing business processes. Stefan is currently pursuing a Magister degree in Business Administration at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).
