Thomas Kaskosz

Thomas Kaskosz is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting, project management, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Expert at OMV since October 2019, Thomas has held multiple roles including Senior Expert in Financial Statements & Closing Europe, where significant contributions have been made toward governance and performance management. Prior to OMV, Thomas spent seven years at Dixons Carphone CoE, s.r.o., as Accounting & Control Team Manager, overseeing a team during major system transitions and delivering productivity gains through automation. Additional roles at Dixons included Finance Process Owner, Insurance Reporting Manager, and various project management positions, leading process improvements and supporting the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana. Thomas holds a Master's degree in International Management from OMNES Education and a Finance and Accounting degree from IUT Paris Descartes.
