Imagine your client entering your business. It might be a shop, a restaurant, a spa, an hotel or a show room.
Imagine him getting in and feeling. He can feel in the space the dream that you had when you initiated the brand.
He can connect to the values of your brand through color, material and light which can convey the message in the way that we walk him in the space. Once we succeed in moving him emotionally he will want to re-live the excitement and will come back again and again.
We decide what his path will be.
We decide how he will experience the space from the first glimpse he puts on until the last step out.
People tend to believe that design is a matter of taste or they judge it simply as beautiful or not beautiful. So, let us introduce another point of view.
There is no such thing "a beautiful design".
There is only a suitable and right design.
Design is the most important tool in order to wrap the customer’s experience. Branding, sound, smell and design all work together to create the wrapping of the brand.
