Eric Liao has extensive experience in human resources management, having held various significant positions. From May 2018 to August 2021, Eric served as Senior HR Manager at Tianqi Lithium, where responsibilities included overseeing two HR functions. Prior to that, Eric worked from April 2012 to June 2016 as Regional HR Supervisor for Employee Relations & Staffing at ECIMetro, a Caterpillar dealer in China. Eric then took on the role of HR Manager at Source Photonics from June 2016 to May 2018, managing HR business partner functions for sales, marketing, supply chain, and staffing for R&D and production. Currently, Eric is the Regional Human Resources Manager at Omya, responsible for HR functions across multiple sites. Eric holds a Master's degree in Organization and HR Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Sichuan Normal University.
