Gianluca Lepore

Gianluca Lepore is the Head of Engineered Materials for Austria, Italy, and Switzerland at Omya, a position held since 2024. Previously, they operated their own business as a professional sales agent from 2001 to 2017. Gianluca's career also includes roles such as Product Manager for Polymers and Head of Sales Engineering Plastics in Italy. Earlier, they served as the technical sales responsible at CGR System and worked in technology development at Automotive Lighting. Gianluca holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on plastic materials from Politecnico di Torino, earned in 1998.
