Julian Si

Julian Si is the Vice President of Operations for Asia-Pacific at Omya Minerals, with a strong background in World Class Manufacturing and lean practices. With previous roles as Plant Manager and Operations Director at Saint-Gobain, Julian has successfully managed multiple gypsum and plasterboard facilities across Southeast Asia. They began their career in mechanical engineering at BICC, where they implemented improvements that enhanced equipment uptime. Julian's expertise also includes safety management and process optimization, evidenced by their accomplishments in various multinational manufacturing environments.
