Olav Bergset has extensive experience in operational management and project development, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Project Development at Omya. Previous roles include Operations Performance Manager for the Americas at Omya and military service with the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Olav began their career as an automation mechanic apprentice at Omya. Olav holds a degree from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), obtained between 1996 and 1999.
