Over a decade specializing in building Data & AI teams across the modern data ecosystem.

Focused on the roles that power today’s data-driven organisations: Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Architecture, and AI Solutions.

Technology focus across the modern data stack including Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP, dbt, Sigma, Looker, Tableau and modern AI/ML platforms.

Founded by myself, ON Data Staffing provides a guaranteed hire talent solution that helps companies build high-impact Data & AI teams within agreed timeframes.

For almost a decade, we’ve helped organisations across North America and the United Kingdom scale the teams responsible for delivering data platforms, AI capabilities, and advanced analytics.

Every organisation is at a different stage of its data and AI journey. Our goal is to make hiring simple by providing recruitment solutions that remove bottlenecks, support delivery timelines, and attract the right technical and consulting talent.

At ON Data Staffing, we believe successful hiring in the data market is built on long-term relationships and deep understanding. Knowing how teams operate, the balance they need, the challenges they face, and how the right hire can unlock real impact.

Many recruitment agencies focus on filling one role and moving on. Our goal is different. We work as a long-term partner helping organisations build and scale their Data & AI capabilities over time.
