700 million Indians work in elementary jobs as security guards, delivery workers, domestic help, drivers, and daily wage labourers. These are the people who keep India running. Yet for them, finding work is still word-of-mouth, unreliable, and often exploitative.

On Duty is changing that.

We are building India's first map-based hiring platform purpose-built for the bottom of the labour pyramid. With On Duty, workers can discover nearby job opportunities in real time. Just open the app, see what is available around you, and get to work. Employers post openings and connect with verified, available workers in their neighborhood instantly.

No middlemen. No waiting. No exploitation.

Think of us as the "Google Maps for Jobs" where geography, urgency, and trust come together to create India's most efficient labour marketplace.

We are early. We are scrappy. And we are building something that has never existed before for the 700 million workers who have been ignored by every other platform. If you believe every worker deserves dignity, speed, and opportunity, follow us, join us, or reach out.

The new Indian labour movement starts here.
