On Line Personnel, (BEE compliant Level 4) was established in 1990 and is a wholly owned Recruitment Consultancy, based in Port Elizabeth, with a long standing association with the Associated Personnel Service Organization (APSO), the governing body of the Recruitment Industry.

Owner Manager, Claire Gillmer, who is exceptionally passionate about consulting and who has over 29 years industry experience, can boast about a few of her personal achievements including:
- being selected as one of five of South Africa’s Top Recruitment Consultants through APSO.
- heading up the Training and Examination Division of APSO for a period of time
Her passion for the industry and a team of high quality personnel are a winning formula allowing On Line Personnel to tailor their services in order to meet and exceed their clients requirements.

In addition to Claire's passion and experience there is a team of experienced consultants, who work alongside businesses in order to establish their needs, and then create innovative recruitment solutions which would drive the business forward. Faced with the challenges of working in an ever changing economic environment, the ever increasing shortage of skilled resources and the understanding that skilled staff resources are an organizations largest and most valuable assets, are all factored in whilst consulting with our clients. On Line Personnel is focused on attracting the right candidates for our clients and this then ensures that the objective of `attract and retain` is realized. Our long standing history reflects proven ability to place candidates successfully across the board in a diverse spectrum of careers.
It is our business to understand yours!

Our commitment to this is highlighted in the fact that we believe that:

Limits and limitation are not words in our vocabulary.
Our professionalism, service orientated commitment, personal approach and cast iron integrity is what sets us apart.
