Josh Smith

Josh Smith has been working in the technology field for over 15 years. Josh started out as a Demonstration Lab Technician at Intel Corporation, where they were responsible for setting up and testing demonstration systems for the Intel Channel Marketing Sales Group Training and Events. Josh then became the Demonstration Lab Lead Technician, before moving on to become the Director of Technology at the International Fire Photographers Association. In this role, they oversaw the assembly, configuration and testing of demonstration systems for a variety of events. Josh also coordinated shipping and tracking of equipment, and processed shipments and returns of requests for demonstration equipment. In October 2006, Josh left the International Fire Photographers Association to join Community Home Health & Hospice as their Technical Services Senior Specialist. In this role, they provided technical consultations to product and project managers, as well as handling customer concerns regarding evaluation periods. Josh left Community Home Health & Hospice in March 2019 to take up their current role as a Technology Consultant at On Line Support.

Josh Smith has a Diploma in General Studies from Glenbard North High School. Josh also has certification from EMERGENCY RESPONSE INTERNATIONAL, INC in SAR Skills for Field Team Leaders. Additionally, they are certified by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission in Washington State Boater Education Card. Josh also has certification from CompTIA in A+. Furthermore, they have certification from the Washington State Department of Health in Emergency Medical Responder (EMR). Additionally, they have certification from Duo Security in Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator and Certified Level 1 Duo Administrator. Josh also has certification from Duo Security in Duo Device Trust. Additionally, they have certification from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in Wilderness First Responder. Furthermore, they have certification from SonicWall in SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA). Additionally, they are certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in Emergency Medical Responder. Josh also has certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in Basic Life Support Provider.
