Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch is a Partner at ON Partners. Michael has over twenty years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting.

Prior to joining ON Partners, Michael was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry where they focused on senior general management assignments in a variety of technology sectors, including solar, wind, semiconductors, electronics manufacturing services and computing.

Previously, Michael was a Partner at Spencer Stuart where they co-led the global Clean Technology Practice and was a member of the Technology, Communications & Media Practice and the Supply Chain Practice. Michael began their career as a Manager at Accenture.

Michael has a deep expertise in operations searches (including procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service and customer care). Michael has also successfully completed assignments in general management, sales, finance, human resources and R&D. Michael's clients have ranged in size from large multinationals to early-stage businesses.

Michael Lynch has a MBA in Operations from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the [University of Victoria.
