Seth Harris

Seth Harris is a Partner at ON Partners since April 2015, leading initiatives in building diverse C-level and board leadership teams across various industries. Previously, Seth served as Managing Partner at Cook Associates from April 2006 to March 2015 and held the position of EVP & Managing Director at DHR International from December 2003 to April 2006. Earlier career experiences include being a Partner at Christian & Timbers, where involvement with venture-backed technology firms was emphasized, and serving as Segment Director at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed sales and marketing. Seth earned an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Management with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Keene State College.
