On Point Custom Homes is one of the leading luxury custom homebuilders in Houston, designing and building one-of-a-kind homes in the Houston city landscape since 2004. Named 2017 and 2023 Custom Builder of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders, the On Point team takes the extra step to guide our clients through the entire home building process from the first consultation to picking out furniture and paint colors. We provide homebuyers with an in-house design-build team to ensure their dream homes come alive on budget and on time.

Since our founding in 2004, we have grown to become one of the most prominent custom home builders in Houston, with an industry reputation for designing and building some of the greatest homes with cutting-edge technology and features the city has to offer while providing excellent service to meet our clients’ complete needs.

We use an advanced 3D rendering software that utilizes Building Information Modeling throughout the design phase of the project, to create interactive visual models to allow our homebuyers to literally walk through each room of their dream home before construction begins. In addition to our 3D software, our proprietary LivECO program ensures that On Point Custom Homes are built using the most up-to-date energy efficient building practices. We can also install top-of-the-line technology throughout our homes to keep up with the demands of homeowners.

As one of the most trustworthy and reliable custom homebuilders in Houston, we have established excellent relationships with all of the largest real estate brokerage firms in Houston and are known for making the building and remodeling process simple and stress-free for both realtors and homebuyers.

Led by founder, John Leggett, and Earl Correll, On Point Custom Homes has a close-knit team of experienced professionals ready build you your perfect house.
