On Point Project Engineers Ltd. is a growing full-service Consulting, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management based out of Victoria’s vibrant West Shore community, and with an office in Nanaimo. Our core services include civil engineering (municipal, transportation, and development), project management, construction management, land development, and construction surveying. 

Since incorporating in 2013, we have built a portfolio of high profile projects for both public and private sector clients, including municipal, environmental, institutional, educational, industrial, and residential. We offer innovative ideas and approaches that are solution driven and project focused, ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget. 

Our team takes a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project. We are a close-knit, passionate group of over 40 professionals including civil engineers, civil technologists, surveyors, project managers, contract and construction administrators, civil construction inspectors, and support personnel who understand local government requirements and maintain a close relationship with civil contractors. These relationships enable us to provide design solutions that are fully compliant, cost effective, and buildable.
