Dean Bauer

Dean Bauer is a results-driven IT Project Manager currently serving as an Advisor for Project Management at CVS Health and as a Senior IT Project Manager at ON Semiconductor. Dean has significant expertise in project leadership, communications, and budgeting, coupled with a solid background in managing technical and non-technical teams. Previous experience includes positions at Emerson Network Power, where Dean focused on compliance processes, and at Motorola Embedded Computing, where they managed new product introductions and manufacturing operations. Dean holds a Master's degree in Business Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, both from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate degree from Mesa Community College.
