George Platko is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Equipment Maintenance Engineering Manager at ON Semiconductor since September 2016, George manages equipment maintenance for the Photolithography, Implant, and Etch areas. Prior to this role, George has been with Fairchild since January 2002, where contributions include leading process engineering and equipment maintenance for wafer thinning, metalization, and testing operations, as well as managing quality across the semiconductor manufacturing site. George holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wilkes University.
