Gerry Tang has a robust background in quality management and assurance, currently serving as the QA Department Manager and Black Belt at ON Semiconductor since September 2014, with prior roles including QM Section Manager and LSS Leader, and QM Section Head, focusing on the introduction, maintenance, and enhancement of quality systems and customer quality service. Before joining ON Semiconductor, Gerry worked as a SIP Quality Supervisor at Laird Technologies from July 2010 to December 2013. Gerry holds a Master of Business Administration from Wuhan University (2010-2013) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from Wuhan University of Science and Technology (2001-2005).
