Iulia Ion

Iulia Ion is an experienced HR Business Partner currently working at onsemi since 2018, where they oversee HR processes, provide management consulting, and enhance employee relations. Previously, Iulia held a similar role at Nobel, Ltd from 2013 to 2018, focusing on HR policies and talent management initiatives. They began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Gi Group from 2011 to 2013. Iulia holds a MA in Human Resources & Organizational Psychology from the University of Bucharest and a BA in Psychology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
