Jack Qian PhD is an experienced manager and engineer with a strong background in intelligent sensing and video security technologies. Currently, Jack serves as the FAE Manager for the Intelligent Sensing Group at ON Semiconductor, overseeing the FAE team in China and focusing on image sensors, LiDAR, and radar technologies. Prior to this role, Jack held positions at Intersil Corporation as both a Security & Video Product Lines Manager and Applications Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, and application engineering for various markets, including automotive and video surveillance. Jack's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Video Algorithm Engineer at VWeb, Inc., and as Staff Software/Video Algorithm Engineer at TechWell Corp, developing advanced video codec technologies. Jack holds a degree in Video Compression and Communications from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
