장중식James Jang

James Jang 장중식 is an experienced Head of HR Consulting with a strong history of working with diverse industry clients. They possess expertise in compensation and benefits, retirement pension, talent management, and business planning, among other areas. James holds a PhD in Management Science from Kyunghee University, an MBA from Ivey Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Sogang University. Currently, James is the Director of Asia Total Rewards at onsemi, having previously held significant roles at Samsung Securities, Willis Towers Watson, and Coupang.
