James Victory is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in modeling and simulation, currently serving as a Fellow at onsemi since August 2012, where innovative SPICE-based model platforms for advanced semiconductor technologies are developed. Prior to this, James founded and led Sentinel IC Technologies as President, successfully growing the company until its sale in 2012. At Jazz Semiconductor, as Executive Director of IC Design Enablement, James directed a team in device modeling, characterization, and PDK development. James also held positions at Xtremespectrum as Director of Device and Technology and at Motorola Semiconductor as Manager of the Geneva Modeling and Characterization Lab, where James established a new lab and served as a technical leader. James earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University between 1992 and 1994.
