Jim Nulty

Jim Nulty currently serves as SVP of Strategic Operations at onsemi since November 2021, following a brief consulting role specializing in semiconductor technology and product development. Prior to this, Jim Nulty had an extensive tenure at Cypress Semiconductor, where roles included SVP Global Sales and Chief of Staff, as well as Senior Vice President of the PMO, leading product design launches and overseeing sales operations. Jim Nulty's earlier career includes positions such as Vice President and GM of SRAM, and various engineering roles at Drytek, VLSI Technology, and National Semiconductor, where significant process innovations were achieved. Jim Nulty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Santa Clara University and an SEP from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
