Jonathan Bass has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked at onsemi from 2011 to 2022 in various engineering roles, including Product Engineer and Sr. Principal Process Integration Engineer. They managed cross-functional teams to successfully release new products and addressed yield excursions while implementing cost-saving opportunities. Jonathan participated in a Die Manufacturing Rotation Program, gaining diverse experience as a process engineer, photolithography engineer, and program manager for a fab startup. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
