Lucas Lu

Lucas Lu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and distribution management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Distribution Sales Manager at ON Semiconductor since April 2015, Lucas oversees the East China region with a mass market annual business exceeding $90 million, achieving significant year-over-year growth. Prior to this role, Lucas was a Sales Manager at Monolithic Power Systems, where responsibilities included expanding global accounts and attaining AVL approvals, leading to considerable revenue increases. Earlier in the career, Lucas worked as a Product Marketing Manager at STMicroelectronics, focusing on product management in various sectors such as lighting and automotive. Lucas holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology from Chengdu University of Technology.
