Mark Elgin

Mark Elgin is a Principal Test Development Engineer at ON Semiconductor since January 2011, specializing in the creation of test software for CMOS imagers while enhancing test coverage and reducing testing time. Prior experience includes roles as a Test Design Engineer II at Plexus Corp., where development of test requirements for medical, security, and consumer devices occurred, and as a Module Test Engineer at Micron Technology, focusing on functional and parametric tests for DRAM components. Additionally, Mark conducted undergraduate research at Boise State University, developing accelerated life testing techniques for high-κ dielectric MOSFETs, and completed an internship as a NAND Flash Product Engineer at Micron Technology. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boise State University, earned in 2006.
