Mark Pan

Mark Pan is a seasoned imaging engineer with extensive experience in image quality verification and strategic engineering. They began their career at Jabil as a Test Engineer, supporting OEM camera and mobile device customers, before advancing to an Image Quality Engineer role where they led projects in display calibration and supply chain testing. At Eastman Kodak Company, they managed a validation team during the shift to digital imaging and introduced color and resolution testing methodologies. Currently, Mark serves as the Director of Image Quality Engineering at onsemi, leading a team to foster talent development and organizational growth, while also producing video content at SAE Institute. Mark continues their education in a Master’s program at the University of Rochester.
