Mark Ward

Mark Ward is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product engineering and management. Currently serving as Device Engineering Manager and New Products Introduction Manager at onsemi since March 2010, Mark focuses on technology, new product introduction, and E-Test responsibilities. Prior experience includes tenure as Product Engineering Director at LSI Corporation, where Mark led a department supporting advanced ASIC designs. Additional roles include Product Engineering Manager at Motorola Semiconductors, providing support for high-volume microcontroller products, and Senior Test/Application Engineer at AMD, offering technical support for memory products. Mark began the engineering career as a Senior Product/Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, specializing in ASIC designs for consumer electronics. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
