Michael J. Decker

Michael J. Decker is a seasoned Facilities Manager currently employed at onsemi since January 2023, where responsibilities include EFK Facilities Management and site systems engineering. Prior to this role, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps for over 30 years, achieving the rank of MGySgt and acting as the G-3/5 Chief within the Force Headquarters Group. Michael's experience also includes a significant tenure at GlobalFoundries from July 2015 to January 2023 as the Facilities Manager for FAB 10, focusing on site systems engineering, CUP, I&C, and building engineering and operations. Earlier in the career, Michael held a position as Facilities Interface at IBM from February 2002 to June 2015.
