Mitchell Mooney

Mitchell Mooney has extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, currently serving as the Nampa General Manager at onsemi since August 2014, overseeing a facility specializing in Probe and CFA / Micro-Lens CMOS Image Sensor production. Prior roles include Research and Development Manager for Color Filter Arrays and Micro-Lens at Aptina, and positions at IM Flash Technologies and Micron Technology, where responsibilities encompassed real-time defect analysis and engineering management for various fabrication processes. Furthermore, Mitchell held engineering management roles at Zilog, including responsibilities in Diffusion and Thin Films, contributing to the establishment of new fabrication facilities. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho, obtained in 1989.
