Mohammed Quddus has extensive experience in electrical engineering and power device design. Initial academic contributions were made as a Lecturer and then Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) from May 1991 to January 1995. Subsequently, Quddus served as a Graduate Teaching Associate at Arizona State University (ASU) before interning as a TCAD Engineer at Motorola. From January 2000 to May 2020, Quddus was a Member of Technical Staff at On Semiconductor, focusing on power device design and technology. More recently, Quddus held the position of Senior Member of Technical Staff at Microchip Technology Inc. from August 2020 to September 2022 and currently holds the same title at onsemi since October 2022. Educational qualifications include a master's degree and undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BUET, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
