Mrinal Das

Mrinal Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical marketing and business development within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technical Marketing at onsemi since August 2022, Mrinal previously held the position of Director of Technical Marketing and Sales at Sanan Integrated Circuit, where responsibilities included engaging North American and European power electronics suppliers and designers. Prior roles include working as a Technologist at Texas Instruments, a Product Marketing Manager at Wolfspeed, and a Product Marketing Manager and Power Device Scientist at Cree. Mrinal's foundational education includes a PhD and MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a BSEE and BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
