Peter Locke

Peter Locke is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in semiconductor manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of Unit Process Module Engineering at onsemi, Peter brings extensive experience from IBM, where responsibilities include Lean Transformation Manager for Semiconductor Manufacturing Solutions and project management in CMP, Films, and Wets Engineering. At GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Peter held the position of Director of Fab 10 Equipment Excellence and Lean Transformation Manager for multiple fabs. Previous roles at IBM also include Yield/Integration Manager and Manager of the 300mm Thin Films Engineering Department. Peter holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Chemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
