Ratish Kumar

Ratish Kumar is an experienced IT and digital transformation leader, currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation at onsemi since August 2022. In this role, Ratish has defined and delivered an enterprise IT strategy centered on digital transformation and AI-first innovation, facilitating improvements across marketing, sales, service, and order management processes. Prior to onsemi, Ratish held multiple senior roles at Honeywell, including Senior Director of Digital Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed driving pricing, marketing, sales, and customer experience transformation programs. Ratish's professional background also includes positions at Ramco Systems, Hewlett Packard Company, and Kshema Technologies, with experience in project management, solution architecture, and software development. Ratish holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras and various certifications, including Certified Scrum Master and Six Sigma Green Belt.
