Rick Eberline

Rick Eberline has extensive experience in sales operations and management, currently serving as Chief of Staff for Sales and Marketing at ON Semiconductor since 1999. Eberline's expertise includes global sales operations, project management, revenue forecasting, and capacity planning. Previously, Eberline held the role of Director of Sales Operations at Motorola Semiconductor for two decades, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain management, planning, and customer service. Eberline has also contributed to corporate governance through involvement with board materials and compliance as a Corporate Ethics Liaison. Eberline holds an educational background from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
