Rjun Panelo is currently the Senior Equipment Engineering Section Head at Onsemi, specializing in Probe and Tape and Reel processes since 2017. They began their career in 2005 at Texas Instruments Philippines, initially working as a contractor for CONTAQ Masters Co. and subsequently joining as an Equipment Engineer in 2006. Over the years, Rjun held various roles, including Shift Engineer and Team Lead for the TI Clark Probe Facility startup, where they led teams in equipment maintenance, upgrades, and performance improvement projects. Rjun is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Computronix College.
