Rob Rost

Rob Rost, MBA, CISA, CISSP, currently serves as the Cyber Security Design Lead at onsemi since March 2024. In addition, Rob Rost has been a Board Member at Banner Federal Credit Union since 2017, contributing to governance, strategic planning, and policy development. Previously, Rob Rost held multiple leadership roles at Banner Health from 2004 to December 2023, including Cybersecurity Architecture Director, where oversight of the cybersecurity architecture team was a primary responsibility. Other interim positions included leading IT Perimeter & Firewall Services and IT Threat & Vulnerability Management, focusing on restructuring operations and enhancing cybersecurity measures. Rob Rost's earlier experience includes roles as Associate Director of Cyber Security & Investigative Services, Cyber Security Consultant, and Cyber Security Analyst. Educational credentials encompass a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology from Trent University, a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Western University, and a Post Certificate in Business and IT from Lambton College.
