Ruth Liu

Ruth Liu is a seasoned Senior Tax Analyst with extensive experience in tax provision and compliance, currently employed at onsemi since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ruth held similar positions at U-Haul International and Avnet, contributing to quarterly and annual income tax reporting and the preparation of detailed tax provision calculations. Ruth's background includes significant expertise in financial reporting tools such as SAP Business Warehouse and Hyperion, as well as drafting tax disclosures for SEC filings. Previously, Ruth worked at EY, where responsibilities included preparing complex US corporate tax returns and navigating cross-border tax issues under the Canada-United States Income Tax Treaty. Ruth is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada, complemented by a degree in Accounting from McGill University.
