Stephen Vogt

Stephen Vogt currently serves as a Senior Manager for TD/New Technology Introduction at onsemi, where responsibilities include the development and introduction of new BCD technology in a 300mm fab. Previously, Stephen held a position as Senior Manager of Lithography & Metrology Module Engineering, leading a multi-departmental team focused on process and equipment engineering. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager/Deputy Director at GlobalFoundries, overseeing integration engineers for CMOS, RF, and photonics technologies. Stephen also worked at IBM for over a decade, managing teams in various engineering roles related to etch processes and thin film deposition in 200mm and 300mm semiconductor fabs. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
