On-Sight Safety Optics designs and manages prescription safety eyewear programs for employers who require consistency, compliance, and long term reliability.

Founded in 2013 as Mobileyes, a fully mobile prescription eyewear service, the business was built working directly in the field with employees. That experience exposed a consistent gap across industries. Safety glasses were often issued without proper fit, without alignment to the job, and without follow through. As a result, they were not worn consistently, limiting their effectiveness.

In 2017, the company shifted to focus exclusively on workplace safety eyewear. The objective was to move beyond one-time fulfillment and build programs that hold up in real working conditions over time.

Today, we partner with employers to implement and manage prescription safety eyewear programs across their workforce. Our licensed opticians work directly with employees to fit ANSI certified prescription safety glasses based on how the job is actually performed. When eyewear fits properly and performs as expected, employees wear it. That is what drives protection.

Our approach is built on four principles:

People-First Service
We work directly with employees to understand their role and fit eyewear that matches how they work day to day.

Built for Adoption
Programs are designed around comfort, fit, and real job conditions so participation happens naturally.

Reliable by Design
We hire, train, and support our opticians directly. No contractors. No handoffs. Consistent, qualified care every time.

Care That Continues
Our involvement continues beyond delivery with adjustments, repairs, replacements, and ongoing program support.

We serve construction, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, utilities, and logistics companies across Southern California.
