Ben Sandler

Ben Sandler currently serves as the Director and Chief of Staff to the Executive Co-Chairmen at On since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2019 to September 2024, providing advisory services to tech and retail clients focusing on digital growth strategies and operations. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as the Managing Director at Random Studio, where leadership contributed to achieving a $2 million revenue run rate within four years, and participation as a creative producer at Wieden + Kennedy. Additionally, Ben worked as an Advertising Photographer at fma.lebureau and has a strong educational background with an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Commercial Photography from GOBELINS Paris.
