Chiara Rossi

Chiara Rossi is a Senior Pattern Engineer at On AG, where they are responsible for creating basic blocks and training junior team members. With a strong background in fashion design, Chiara graduated from the Politecnico di Milano with a focus on sportswear and materials. They further enhanced their skills at Istituto Secoli in pattern making. Previously, Chiara has held positions as a Pattern Maker at MAMMUT Sports Group AG and Odlo International AG, and as a Product Developer at Fashion Victims - Rock Experience, where they managed various technical processes and collaborated with manufacturers in Asia. Additionally, Chiara possesses proficiency in English, French, and a working knowledge of German.
