Gioia Gerlin

Gioia Gerlin has extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Operations PPM & PMO and Head of Product Management Technology at On since November 2015. Prior to this, Gioia worked at Oakley from February 1999 to October 2015, holding various roles including IT Manager EMEA, where responsibilities involved deploying IT systems and managing service desks, and project management of SAP solutions. Other positions at Oakley included IT Systems Support Manager, overseeing IT and ERP projects, Sales Operations Manager Italy, managing the sales operations team, and SAP Business System Analyst UK, focusing on business improvements and system procedures. Gioia holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, specifically English Language and Literature, from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, completed in 1998.
